Neil Monnens began his media career at DDB/Needham and Bozell in Los Angeles before moving to San Francisco to work client-side at Oracle Corp., then to ad agency Anderson & Lembke to work on the launch of Microsoft Office 95 and MSN. Neil co- founded WebRep, the Internet's first online advertising representation firm, in 1996. WebRep subsequently merged with 2CANMedia and was purchased by CMGI in 1999.
