Neil Monnens began his media career at DDB/Needham and Bozell in Los Angeles before moving to San Francisco to work client-side at Oracle Corp., then to ad agency Anderson & Lembke to work on the launch of Microsoft Office 95 and MSN. Neil co- founded WebRep, the Internet's first online advertising representation firm, in 1996. WebRep subsequently merged with 2CANMedia and was purchased by CMGI in 1999. Adrian Funnell is a digital advertising veteran with over 25 years of experience exceeding client campaign goals across businesses large and small. He is the founder and lead consultant of his own digital media agency, Russian Hill Digital Inc. which was established in 2006.

Adrian began his media career at Beyond Interactive as the first employee of one of the first digital advertising agencies in Ann Arbor Michigan in 1996. Adrian moved to San Francisco in 1998 and co-founded the Beyond Interactive San Francisco office with 3 partners growing the agency to over 50 Employees while leading digital media strategic services and account planning work for the San Francisco Office on Oracle Corp.
